The exhibition of László Matei a painter from Kolozsvár (Cluj) opened with the title 'On the road, on the side of shadow' in the FiguratiF Gallery of MaJel Rovás Center on August 25.
He is exhibiting beautiful landscapes but at the same time he is a great figure artist, excellent graphic artist and photographer but during his life he also dabbled in monumental painting. The exhibited almost 40 watercolours from last year and this year are mainly depicting the Western Carpathians and the Danube delta. The first impression of his watercolours is achieved with colours. For Matei the accumulation of colours is essential.
The exhibition can be visited from 10 am to 6 pm until September 20 in the FiguratiF Gallery (Kosice, Alzbetina str. 42).
